Primary responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><strong>Cost Accounting:</strong> Analyze and maintain accurate costing information, including standard costs, variances, inventory valuations, and manufacturing overhead allocation.</li><li><strong>Lean Process Integration:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lean initiatives and implement cost-saving measures.</li><li><strong>ERP Expertise:</strong> Utilize <strong>Made2Manage (M2M)</strong> ERP software to manage production costing, inventory transactions, and financial reporting related to manufacturing operations.</li><li><strong>Financial Reporting:</strong> Prepare accurate and timely cost reports to assist management in decision-making.</li><li><strong>Budgeting & Forecasting:</strong> Assist in company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly concerning manufacturing costs and operational expenditures.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Identify areas for process optimization and implement actionable solutions to improve productivity and cost efficiency.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
