<p>We are seeking detail-oriented and professional candidates for a temporary Payment Processing Customer Service Representative position. This role is critical as we launch a new surcharge process for virtual card payments. Responsible for reviewing incoming payments, you will identify customers attempting to pay without including the required credit card fee.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor and review payments received via virtual cards.</li><li>Identify and track companies/customers who submit payments without including the necessary surcharge fee.</li><li>Reach out to these customers professionally by phone, explaining the requirement to pay the credit card fee or offering ACH as an alternative.</li><li>Politely reject or decline payments that do not meet surcharge criteria, following the established company process.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and unresolved payment issues.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.</li><li>Previous customer service, call center, or payment processing experience preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific payment protocols.</li><li>Ability to work independently and professionally manage sensitive conversations.</li><li>Temporary position; must be available to work onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana.</li></ul><p><br></p>
