We are looking for a detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team in Fort Valley, Georgia. In this position, you will play an essential role in overseeing the accurate measurement, documentation, and coordination of parts and packaging materials within a manufacturing environment. Your efforts will directly support our logistics and engineering teams, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately measure and record the dimensions and weights of various parts and packaging materials.<br>• Document detailed information regarding packaging types, container specifications, and quantities per container.<br>• Enter collected data into organizational templates or databases with precision.<br>• Collaborate closely with engineering and logistics teams to confirm the accuracy of recorded data.<br>• Identify discrepancies or missing information and promptly report them for resolution.<br>• Maintain well-organized records of measurements, observations, and related documentation.<br>• Adhere to established safety protocols and quality standards during all measurement activities.

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or shipping functions, preferably within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Strong ability to coordinate logistics operations and ensure data accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with customs procedures and packaging specifications.<br>• Proficiency in using templates and databases for data entry and management.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br>• Commitment to following safety and quality standards consistently.
