• Proven experience in customer service.• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to remain calm and focused on details in high-pressure situations.• Familiarity with electronic systems for managing guest check-ins.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
