Please send your resume to Stacey Lyons via LinkedIn for IMMEDIATE consideration!!!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist attorneys in managing litigation cases, including document preparation, discovery, and trial support.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.</p><p>• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with legal assistants to oversee scheduling, e-filing, and administrative tasks.</p><p>• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas with attention to detail.</p><p>• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure seamless case progression.</p><p>• Monitor case timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of required actions.</p><p>• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials, including compiling evidence and exhibits.</p><p>• Utilize case management software to track case status and maintain organized records.</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil or business cases.<br>• Proficiency in discovery processes, trial preparation, and case management.<br>• Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.<br>• Experience using case management software to streamline legal workflows.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Commitment to working in-office for the first six months, with potential for one remote day thereafter.
