SharePoint Developer
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in migrating an intranet from an on-premises SharePoint environment to SharePoint Online. This position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and offers the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid setup.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the migration of an on-premises SharePoint intranet to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.<br>• Build and maintain the backend infrastructure to support the new SharePoint Online platform.<br>• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate front-end designs into the SharePoint system.<br>• Develop and implement custom solutions for SharePoint Online to meet organizational needs.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint performance and functionality.<br>• Optimize workflows and processes within the SharePoint environment for increased efficiency.<br>• Ensure proper documentation of all development and migration processes.<br>• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders during and after the migration process.<br>• Test and validate the functionality of the SharePoint system post-migration.<br>• Stay updated on SharePoint technologies and best practices to incorporate into project work.
• Proven experience with SharePoint development, including custom solutions.<br>• Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, particularly in migration projects.<br>• Ability to handle both backend and front-end development tasks within SharePoint.<br>• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and its advanced features.<br>• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.<br>• Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery.<br>• Knowledge of best practices in SharePoint design and implementation.
