<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p> The BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to transform data into actionable insights. This role supports decision-making through dashboards and reports.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.</li><li>Design and maintain data models and ETL processes.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.</li><li>Support performance tuning and version control.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and DAX.</li><li>Experience with ETL tools and data modeling.</li><li>Strong understanding of relational databases.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Azure Synapse, SSIS, or Snowflake.</li><li>Certification in Power BI or Data Analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p>
