HR Admin
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the onboarding process and ensuring compliance with HR procedures. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the smooth integration of new employees.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.<br>• Process I-9 forms and verify employment eligibility in compliance with legal standards.<br>• Manage initial employee intake and gather necessary information for system entry.<br>• Utilize Paylocity and other platforms to input employee data and maintain accurate records.<br>• Communicate effectively with employees to address onboarding questions and concerns.<br>• Coordinate administrative tasks related to employee onboarding for a high volume of hires.<br>• Support office functions and provide general administrative assistance as needed.<br>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures throughout the onboarding process.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees and team members.<br>• Familiarity with employee relations and onboarding processes.<br>• Knowledge of I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification.<br>• Proficiency in managing office tasks and administrative duties.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools, with training provided on Paylocity.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.<br>• Previous experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
