<p>We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado, on a Contract basis. This role is dedicated to producing high-quality digital assets for eCommerce platforms and marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand standards. The position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase creativity and technical expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and produce a variety of digital banners and campaign assets tailored for eCommerce platforms.</p><p>• Adapt layouts using provided photos and text, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.</p><p>• Enhance creative work with detailed refinements, shading, and expertly executed designs.</p><p>• Perform photo retouching, product cutouts, blending, and compositing to achieve high-quality results.</p><p>• Create GIFs and light motion graphics to add dynamic elements to digital content.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet both creative and technical requirements.</p><p>• Prepare assets for digital use, maintaining high production standards throughout.</p><p>• Uphold brand consistency while infusing creativity into all design projects</p>

• Proven experience in digital design, particularly within eCommerce or marketing environments.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and optionally After Effects.<br>• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creative innovation and brand adherence.<br>• Expertise in production tasks such as photo retouching, compositing, and preparing files for digital use.<br>• Ability to efficiently execute design tasks while maintaining high-quality output.<br>• Solid understanding of creating motion graphics and GIFs for digital campaigns.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.<br>• Familiarity with brand guidelines and creating designs that align with established visual standards.
