We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people to create a welcoming and efficient workspace.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.<br>• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and messages appropriately.<br>• Coordinate concierge services to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.<br>• Provide administrative support by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to create documents, track information, and communicate effectively.<br>• Organize and maintain files to ensure accessibility and secure storage of important records.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a detail-oriented appearance.<br>• Support additional office tasks as needed to contribute to overall efficiency.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.<br>• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and ability to handle calls efficiently.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for office tasks and communication.<br>• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Effective interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, clients, and team members.<br>• Ability to organize files and maintain a structured workspace.<br>• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
