This contract-to-permanent position focuses on facilitating smooth sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining effective communication between various stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and enter sales orders while adhering to quality standards. • Collaborate with sales teams, customers, and international partners to verify specifications and ensure timely delivery. • Request, review, and manage quotes for new or customized product orders. • Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to all relevant parties. • Maintain organized and accessible documentation for purchase orders, quotes, and related records. • Assist in resolving discrepancies in sales orders and support general sales operations. • Communicate technical details effectively between domestic and overseas teams. • Utilize order entry systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Provide post-sales support to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with order entry systems. • Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills in a fast-paced setting. • Capability to interpret technical information, including drawings or blueprints. • Effective problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. • Experience in post-sales support and both inbound and outbound sales. • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an advantage, but not mandatory. • Strong communication skills to facilitate information exchange across teams and partners.
