Medical Customer Service Representative
<p>Robert Half is seeking a detail‑oriented, patient‑focused <strong>Remote Medical Call Center Representative</strong> to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients calling in with questions about their medical bills. <ul><li><strong>1+ year of call center, customer service, medical billing, patient financial services, and/or related </strong></li><li>Ability to handle <strong>back‑to‑back calls for the majority of the workday</strong> with a calm, positive demeanor.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex billing information.</li><li>High attention to detail and comfort navigating multiple systems at once.</li><li>Reliable high‑speed internet and a distraction‑free workspace.</li><li>Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance expectations.</li></ul><p> </p>
