Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Fargo, North Dakota. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing attentive support to clients and staff. This is a contract position with potential for long-term opportunities within the real estate and facilities management industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide excellent front desk services, including greeting clients and visitors in a courteous manner.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.</p><p>• Maintain the office environment by ensuring cleanliness and organization.</p><p>• Support office operations by scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting spaces.</p><p>• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, manage schedules, and perform administrative tasks.</p><p>• Handle light event coordination and assist with daily office logistics.</p><p>• Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is restocked as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and customer service processes.</p><p>• Uphold a business casual dress code while maintaining a courteous demeanor.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Well-groomed appearance and demeanor, suitable for a business casual environment.<br>• Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.<br>• Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds.
