Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia. This is a contract position where you will play a vital role in supporting our collections department while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and brings strong organizational skills to the table.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.<br>• Provide support to the collections department by managing and resolving account-related issues.<br>• Accurately process orders, payments, and updates using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.<br>• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, track progress, and support team operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.<br>• Deliver solutions to customer concerns in a precise and efficient manner.<br>• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Familiarity with collections processes or prior experience in a collections role is highly desirable.<br>• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Dynamics, and the Office Suite.<br>• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.<br>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Knowledge of accounting principles or prior accounting experience is a plus.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
