We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a hybrid work schedule with flexibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable processes and be skilled in utilizing accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable operations, including coding invoices and ensuring timely payment processing.• Perform three-way matching to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.• Utilize accounting systems, such as Microsoft Great Plains or similar platforms, to maintain accurate financial records.• Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.• Support the Accounts Payable Manager with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoices and payments.• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards in all financial transactions.• Provide guidance and support to entry-level team members, including interns.• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial operations. • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with accounting systems such as Great Plains or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of three-way matching processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and resolving issues. • Commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
