Front Desk Receptionist
<p>We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Lindsay, California. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and managing communication flow.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments.</p><p>• Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and provide accurate information to callers.</p><p>• Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or appointments.</p><p>• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and welcoming.</p><p>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry as needed.</p><p>• Monitor and coordinate switchboard operations for up to 10 phone lines.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.</p><p>• Provide part-time support for front desk operations when required.</p><p>• Address customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.</p><p>• Uphold company standards for customer service and confidentiality at all times.</p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented approach with exceptional customer service skills.<br>• Familiarity with basic administrative duties such as scheduling and data entry.<br>• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
