Supply Chain Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and production processes, collaborating closely with procurement, production, and scheduling teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in supply chain management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze inventory levels, open orders, and production schedules to identify and address material shortages proactively.<br>• Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve shortages and maintain uninterrupted production workflows.<br>• Release, prioritize, and manage work orders based on material availability, customer demands, and urgency.<br>• Partner with production teams to monitor capacity, adjust schedules, and balance workloads effectively.<br>• Provide accurate shipment date estimates to ensure reliable customer delivery commitments.<br>• Utilize software tools including Avante, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI to track and analyze supply chain data.<br>• Coordinate with team members, including buyers and master schedulers, to streamline operations and optimize production.<br>• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.<br>• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.<br>• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, demonstrating problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.<br>• Proficiency with supply chain software such as Avante, Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI.<br>• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory and production schedules.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make quick decisions under pressure.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.<br>• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and inventory analysis processes.<br>• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.<br>• Business casual dress code and ability to work onsite in Everett, Washington.
