<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepares annual grant applications and grant reports including compiling and analyzing program impact data</li><li>Research government programs for new grant opportunities</li><li>Directly manages and oversees annual government grants pipeline development and sets funding targets, utilizing donor and funder database</li><li>Measure and track grant outcomes to quantify the grant success and to inform reporting and grant impact</li><li>Responsibility for $1M+ in annual grants funding with expectation to lead in building and growing a pipeline for long-term sustainability</li><li>Assists with program development and evaluation to maximize funding</li><li>Partners with program managers in major donor proposal development and cases for support</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in grant writing and reporting or administration</li><li>Demonstrated track record of successful five-and six-figure grant proposals</li><li>Experience with effective grant seeking tasks, funder cultivation and relationship management, program development, proposal development, grant management and reporting, and funder stewardship</li><li>Own transportation with valid driver's license and state-mandated insurance</li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience and comfort with program evaluation standards and stewardship reports</li><li>Previous successful government grant seeking for human services related field</li><li>Previous creative or technical writing experience</li></ul><p><br></p>
