We are looking for an experienced Change Management specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will support an Aircraft Interiors Program team, collaborating with program managers to oversee all stages of the program lifecycle, from development and qualification testing to product delivery. This is an onsite position that involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build strong partnerships with internal functional teams, fostering collaboration to enhance program outcomes.<br>• Manage daily program activities, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and preparing for customer and management reviews.<br>• Develop, update, and maintain program documentation to ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal procedures.<br>• Coordinate closely with production teams to resolve issues and ensure program priorities are met.<br>• Oversee program performance to meet financial, technical, and schedule commitments.<br>• Provide guidance on risk and opportunity management processes to program leads.<br>• Lead financial reporting activities and participate in key program reviews.<br>• Prepare for and coordinate customer program reviews, ensuring clear communication and alignment with customer expectations.<br>• Work with production operations and supply chain teams to manage deliveries and meet customer schedules.<br>• Organize and facilitate program meetings and reviews, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 8 years of experience in program or project management.<br>• Proven experience in leading development programs and transitioning them into production.<br>• Prior leadership or people management experience in a detail-oriented setting.<br>• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and earned value management practices.<br>• Strong background in supporting cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.<br>• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project.<br>• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.<br>• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and stakeholder alignment.
