Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. In this contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring smooth front desk operations and excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in affordable housing or senior living environments, although it is not required. The position offers a dynamic mix of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet residents, visitors, and callers, providing friendly and detail-oriented assistance.<br>• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries appropriately.<br>• Assist with resident requests, such as processing work orders and providing building access.<br>• Maintain organized filing systems, including scanning and filing documents.<br>• Ensure the front desk area is welcoming and operates efficiently.<br>• Use provided scripts to respond to common questions and concerns from residents.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs effectively.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and a commitment to detail in all interactions.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles.<br>• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic administrative tasks.<br>• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Experience in affordable housing or senior living environments is a plus.<br>• Proficiency with document scanning and filing practices.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.
