Intake Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team in Escondido, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth intake process for clients while maintaining high standards of customer service. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the intake process for new clients, ensuring all required information is accurately collected and documented.<br>• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, optimizing time management and calendar efficiency.<br>• Work closely with clinical staff to streamline client transitions into services.<br>• Maintain secure and confidential client records in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.<br>• Support administrative operations through tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports.<br>• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures during all client interactions.<br>• Act as a liaison between clients and service providers to facilitate effective communication.
• Proven experience in client intake or a similar role within healthcare or social services.<br>• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.<br>• Familiarity with call center operations or customer support processes.<br>• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry and record management.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and other team members.<br>• Knowledge of confidentiality standards and compliance requirements in healthcare settings.<br>• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Adaptability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
