HOA Client Services Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated HOA Client Services Specialist to join our team in Escondido, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth account operations and exceptional client service. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a meticulous environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough verification of customer profiles and perform customer due diligence to ensure compliance.<br>• Open, manage, and close various account types, including checking, money market, and certificates of deposit.<br>• Review client documentation to confirm accuracy and completeness.<br>• Process updates to accounts, such as address changes, name modifications, and account type adjustments.<br>• Work closely with internal teams and external business partners to support and enhance operational processes.<br>• Maintain adherence to company policies, values, and established safety standards.<br>• Provide consistent and attentive customer service to meet client needs and expectations.<br>• Utilize industry knowledge and metrics to monitor and improve call center performance.<br>• Support client reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
• Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the consumer banking or credit card industry.<br>• Familiarity with call center metrics and ability to analyze critical data.<br>• Knowledge of consumer lending and banking relations.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and process client information.<br>• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.<br>• Proficiency in managing client accounts and reporting.<br>• Ability to adhere to operational policies and maintain high standards of service.<br>• Experience in criticality analysis and addressing client needs effectively.
