<p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong background in direct-response copywriting, particularly for digital advertising, email marketing, and social platforms</li><li>Proven ability to write persuasive, action-oriented copy with clear calls-to-action across multiple formats and channels</li><li>Exceptional copyediting and proofreading skills, with experience reviewing and refining both personal and peer content</li><li>Ability to consistently apply detailed style and brand guidelines, including learning and adopting a distinct editorial voice and philosophy</li><li>Solid understanding of financial and investing concepts; prior experience within financial services or related industries is highly preferred</li><li>Highly adaptable writer, capable of adjusting tone and voice to align with diverse global markets and audience segments</li><li>Comfortable ramping up quickly on complex or technical subject matter and incorporating detailed feedback through iterative drafts</li><li>Experience producing both short-form content (ads, emails, scripts) and long-form materials (guides, reports, and articles exceeding 5,000 words)</li><li>Collaborative approach, working closely with creative, design, and brand teams throughout the review and approval process</li><li>Openness to supporting translation and localization efforts as content reaches international audiences</li><li>Skilled at simplifying complex financial topics into clear, accurate, and actionable messaging without losing nuance or credibility</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, peer reviews, and workflows in a structured environment</li><li>Thoughtful, creative problem-solver who delivers meaningful, high-quality copy that goes beyond surface-level messaging</li></ul>
