We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Encinitas, California. This Contract to permanent position requires an individual who can effectively manage logistics operations while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing efficiency and clear communication.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate shipments to ensure compliance with state and border regulations.<br>• Manage high volumes of incoming calls, maintaining attentive and timely communication.<br>• Provide accurate shipment quotes and address client inquiries with clarity and precision.<br>• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with drivers, brokers, and clients to optimize operations.<br>• Oversee administrative tasks, including inventory management and organizational projects.<br>• Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.<br>• Strong customer service skills, including call center experience.<br>• Proficiency with computer-aided dispatch systems.<br>• Ability to effectively coordinate logistics and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.<br>• Familiarity with compliance requirements for shipping and transportation.
