This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, people leadership, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage daily clinic operations and staff schedules</li><li>Supervise and support administrative and clinical teams</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies</li><li>Oversee patient experience, addressing escalated concerns as needed</li><li>Partner with leadership on workflow improvements and efficiency initiatives</li><li>Monitor clinic performance metrics and prepare reports</li></ul><p><br></p>
