Help Desk Analyst II
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team on a contract basis in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of systems and devices while addressing a variety of IT concerns. If you have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to delivering detail-oriented service, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Log, monitor, and update support tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.<br>• Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing software and hardware concerns.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other systems.<br>• Manage and provision user accounts within Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Exchange Online.<br>• Configure and oversee devices and applications using Microsoft Intune.<br>• Maintain system efficiency and handle escalated issues with attention to detail.<br>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and address multiple tickets simultaneously.<br>• Document processes and solutions to enhance support operations.<br>• Ensure consistent communication with users, delivering high-quality service and updates.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.<br>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.<br>• Proficiency in managing accounts within Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Exchange Online.<br>• Experience with device and software management using Microsoft Intune.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise, SharePoint, and general troubleshooting.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows 10.<br>• Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.<br>• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering detail-oriented assistance.
