Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This position requires someone who is skilled in full-cycle recruiting and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.<br>• Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate data entry and database management.<br>• Perform background checks, ensure all candidates undergo required screenings, and verify candidate credentials as needed.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.<br>• Maintain compliance with state and company policies, including education verification and immunization requirements.<br>• Provide timely updates to managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.<br>• Organize and review timesheets for accuracy and ensure timely approvals.<br>• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.<br>• Participate in training sessions to learn company-specific policies, procedures, and systems.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.<br>• 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and database management.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.<br>• Familiarity with background checks, drug screenings, and credential verification.<br>• Knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and full-cycle processes.<br>• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.<br>• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
