Data Entry/Call Center
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and document all interactions.</li><li>Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other data into internal systems.</li><li>Review information for errors, completeness, and accuracy; make necessary corrections.</li><li>Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals for both call handling and data entry.</li><li>Follow scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines during all interactions.</li><li>Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Required:</strong></li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>1–2 years of experience in a call center, data entry, or administrative role.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Accurate typing and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong></li><li>Experience with CRM systems or call center software.</li><li>Bilingual skills are a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.</li></ul><p><br></p>
