Responsibilities: • Process and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing and collections. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures and improve efficiency. • Prepare financial reports and documentation as required. • Monitor and maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulations. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. • Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within AP/AR workflows.
