Account Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Account Representative to join our team in East Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will provide strategic support to customers both before and after product delivery, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly. This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about customer service and skilled in navigating complex systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.<br>• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns, including disputes and replacement requests.<br>• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address component specifications and deliver tailored solutions.<br>• Analyze metrics to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction.<br>• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and provide clear communication to address customer needs.<br>• Assist with financial notes and documentation to ensure accuracy in transactions.<br>• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data management.<br>• Support sales initiatives by providing information on product selection and specifications.<br>• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.<br>• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.<br>• Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP R/3 is highly desirable.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements.<br>• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
