Account Representative - ENT
We are looking for an Account Representative to join our team in East Syracuse, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting customers both before and after sales, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and efficiency. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage product availability, delivery processes, and customer satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.<br>• Manage product ordering processes, ensuring accurate availability and timely delivery.<br>• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.<br>• Handle inbound calls and maintain clear and attentive communication with clients.<br>• Utilize CRM software and SAP R/3 to track customer interactions and manage data.<br>• Monitor pricing, specifications, and component selection to meet customer requirements.<br>• Analyze metrics and performance data to improve service quality.<br>• Support dispute resolution processes to maintain positive customer relationships.<br>• Assist with financial notes, documentation, and reporting as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.<br>• Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data handling and reporting.<br>• Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP R/3 software.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls and resolve customer concerns effectively.<br>• Analytical mindset to assess metrics and improve processes.<br>• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for enhanced customer support.
