Part Time HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time HR Generalist to join our team in Eagle, Idaho. This long-term contract position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing various human resources functions. You will play a key role in supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.</p><p>• Oversee human resources administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.</p><p>• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.</p><p>• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain data accuracy and generate reports as needed.</p><p>• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.</p><p>• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Address employee questions regarding HR topics, ensuring timely and clear communication.</p><p>• Support compliance efforts by staying updated on labor laws and regulations.</p><p>• Partner with management to resolve HR-related challenges and foster a collaborative workplace.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in employee relations and handling HR matters effectively.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of human resources administration and best practices.</p><p>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and techniques.</p><p>• Experience managing employee benefits and resolving related issues.</p><p>• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to process payroll accurately and on time.</p><p>• Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.</p><p><br></p>
