<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Analyst to oversee data management and reporting processes in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate organizational records, generating insightful reports, and driving improvements through data analysis. This position requires a strong focus on metrics, fraud analytics, and operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Pull and prepare OnBoard reports, attendance logs, board review data, and action items for leadership.</p><p>Track board deliverables and deadlines within OnBoard, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.</p><p>Create executive-ready summaries and presentations based on data stored or distributed through OnBoard.</p>

<p>Experience with board governance software such as OnBoard or similar platforms.</p><p>Strong document management and version control skills.</p><p>Ability to produce board-ready reports, summaries, and presentations.</p><p>Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on accuracy.</p><p>Prior experience supporting executives or board leadership preferred.</p>
