We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Dublin, Ohio. In this contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing billing operations, accounts payable, and cash flow processes within the architecture industry. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in QuickBooks and financial systems to ensure smooth and accurate financial management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and manage project billing activities with accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice entry and payment processing.<br>• Monitor and report cash flow, ensuring financial stability and decision-making support.<br>• Oversee the accounts payable inbox to address queries and maintain communication.<br>• Apply payments and reconcile cash applications to maintain accurate records.<br>• Review and analyze bank statements to monitor cash movement and transactions.<br>• Utilize QuickBooks desktop to manage financial data and reporting.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures.<br>• Assist in maintaining financial documentation and ensuring records are up-to-date.

• Proven experience in billing functions, particularly within project billing processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable workflows and cash management.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, with a focus on desktop applications.<br>• Familiarity with monitoring bank statements and maintaining cash flow.<br>• Previous experience in architecture, engineering, or construction industries preferred.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
