We are looking for a dedicated Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Georgia. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences by originating consumer loans, managing loan applications, and fostering strong customer relationships while achieving sales objectives. This role also involves assisting the Branch Manager with operational tasks and serving as a positive example for team members.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Originate consumer loans and guide customers through the loan application process.<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.<br>• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting suitable financial products and services.<br>• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth branch functioning.<br>• Serve as a role model to team members by demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.<br>• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.<br>• Maintain accurate records of cash activity and billing functions.<br>• Utilize CRM systems, IBM AS/400, and other management tools to streamline processes and enhance customer service.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while managing claim administration tasks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve overall branch performance and customer experience.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and IBM AS/400 to manage customer and loan data.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for accurate reporting and documentation.<br>• Experience with billing functions, cash activity, and claim administration.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.<br>• Ability to handle customer complaints with attention to detail and provide timely resolutions.<br>• Reliable and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Positive attitude and detail-oriented demeanor to set a strong example for team members.<br>• Previous experience in customer service or loan processing is highly desirable.
