<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a strategic and hands-on <strong>Manager of Reconciliations Accounting</strong> to lead the organization’s general ledger (GL) reconciliation function. This role is responsible for overseeing reconciliation governance, process improvement, automation, and team leadership. <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years managing complex reconciliations</li><li>3+ years of people management experience</li><li>Strong understanding of GL reconciliations and reconciliation technology implementation</li><li>Experience with <strong>Blackline</strong> is a requirement.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>CPA or MBA</li><li>Experience in financial services or credit union environments</li></ul><p><strong>Excited about this role?
