The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. • Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections. • Perform cash application tasks, reconciling payments to accounts. • Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system for processing. • Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare necessary financial reports. • Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. • Support billing functions, ensuring invoices are correct and delivered promptly. • Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures. • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in accounting processes.

• Proven experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation. • Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in using accounting software, with experience in NetSuite preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
