In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by building and maintaining client relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and promoting scientific services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about science, customer engagement and business development. This is a collaborative, non-commission-based role in a scientific B2B service environment. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's testing services and scientific offerings.</p><p>• Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.</p><p>• Identify and engage new prospects to expand the sales pipeline and move them through the sales process.</p><p>• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.</p><p>• Conduct research on leads and market trends to customize outreach strategies.</p><p>• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and promotional strategies to enhance sales efforts.</p><p>• Actively seek new business opportunities through outreach methods such as cold calling.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business development initiatives.</p><p>• Handle additional tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field required.</p><p>• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a client relationship type or a similar role, with demonstrated success.</p><p>• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.</p><p>• Familiarity with CRM systems.</p><p>• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the capacity to work in a dynamic environment.</p><p>• Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving to address client needs.</p><p>• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team setting.</p>
