Talent Aquisition Specialist
<p>The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our clients while delivering exceptional service. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, building relationships, and identifying candidates who align with their objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment</strong>: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and referrals, to identify and engage skilled candidates for open roles. </li><li><strong>MPC Presentations</strong>: Make marketing calls showcasing Most Placeable Candidates (MPC) to sell their expertise for current and prospective job openings. </li><li><strong>Job Order Fulfillment</strong>: Work collaboratively with clients to understand their Most Important Thing (MIT) for open roles and align candidate qualifications accordingly. </li><li><strong>Relationship Building</strong>: Establish strong relationships with candidates through ongoing communication, career counseling, and insights into client opportunities.</li><li><strong>MyLearning Engagement</strong>: Demonstrate proficiency and participation in Robert Half’s professional learning platforms to continuously develop your recruitment skills. </li><li><strong>Client Interaction</strong>: Engage with clients regularly to provide progress updates, understand evolving needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Compliance and Reporting</strong>: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of placements, Month to Date (MTD) revenue, and candidate tracking systems. </li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing industries.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.</li><li>Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and CRM tools.</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration please call 610.882.1700!</p>
