<ul><li>5+ years in enterprise software architecture/solution design.</li><li>3+ years hands-on experience with Azure cloud and hybrid environments.</li><li>Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches.</li><li>Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python or Scala.</li><li>Experience with Azure analytics: Databricks, Data Factory, Delta Lake, Synapse Analytics.</li><li>Talent for making technical concepts clear for any audience.</li><li>Familiarity with architectural governance and compliance.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in building and guiding technical teams.</li></ul>
