Performance Media Supervisor
<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Media Supervisor to lead and enhance media strategies for retail and eCommerce initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in direct-to-consumer eCommerce and retail media networks, who thrives on analyzing complex marketing challenges and delivering actionable solutions. As this is a Contract to Hire position, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after demonstrating exceptional performance. This position is based in Denver, Colorado.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement strategic media plans that align with eCommerce and retail objectives.</p><p>• Utilize expertise in retail media networks to optimize advertising campaigns and drive performance.</p><p>• Analyze complex marketing challenges and translate them into clear and actionable strategies.</p><p>• Manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across various platforms to maximize ROI.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and digital marketing, to execute cohesive media strategies.</p><p>• Monitor and interpret campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve current and future strategies.</p><p>• Stay informed about emerging trends in eCommerce, digital media, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with external media vendors and platform partners to support strategic goals.</p><p>• Oversee paid media efforts across programmatic, social, and search channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<br>• Demonstrated experience in eCommerce media strategy and campaign management.<br>• Proficiency with retail media networks such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.<br>• Expertise in digital media platforms, including programmatic advertising, search engine marketing, and paid social channels.<br>• Proven ability to address and simplify complex marketing challenges.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting strategies and insights.<br>• Certifications in platforms like Google Ads or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are preferred.
