P2P Transformation Project Manager
Lead an enterprise‑wide Procure‑to‑Pay transformation across process, technology, governance, and operating model.<br>Assess current-state P2P workflows and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and strengthen controls.<br>Design and implement future-state P2P processes including requisitioning, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, approvals, and payment operations.<br>Serve as business lead for P2P technology enhancements, integrations, and workflow optimization (SAP experience strongly preferred).<br>Establish KPIs, reporting, and governance frameworks for improved visibility and compliance.<br>Drive change management, communication, and training to ensure successful adoption across global teams.<br>Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology, and senior leadership to align priorities and deliver roadmap milestones.<br>Manage workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery.<br>Provide executive-level updates, risks, and recommendations throughout the transformation lifecycle.
