Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing mechanical systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and enhance mechanical systems for manufacturing processes and facility infrastructure.<br>• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mechanical equipment failures, proposing effective solutions.<br>• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and mechanical systems.<br>• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety regulations.<br>• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support efficiency improvements and meet production goals.<br>• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, drawings, and specifications.<br>• Manage capital projects and oversee equipment upgrades from initial concept to completion.<br>• Identify opportunities for cost savings through improved equipment operation and process optimization.<br>• Monitor equipment performance metrics to detect trends and implement proactive measures to enhance functionality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.<br>• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to plant equipment and systems.<br>• Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, material selection, and fabrication techniques.<br>• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and compliance regulations.<br>• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to mechanical design and analysis.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication skills.<br>• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.<br>• Commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering reliable solutions.
