HR Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support essential people operations for a Contract position based in Denver, Colorado. This role will help create a smooth and compliant employee experience by managing onboarding activities, maintaining accurate HR records, and coordinating pre-employment processes. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment with confidential information, and the ability to work effectively across multiple HR administrative priorities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure employees receive a well-organized and timely start experience.<br>• Manage pre-employment screening processing and follow up on outstanding items to support onboarding timelines and compliance standards.<br>• Maintain employee information within HRIS platforms, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up to date.<br>• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including document management, status tracking, and response to routine employee inquiries.<br>• Monitor onboarding and employment documentation to help uphold company policies and regulatory requirements.<br>• Partner with internal stakeholders to schedule, communicate, and track pre-employment and onboarding milestones.<br>• Prepare and organize HR files, reports, and related records in support of audits and operational needs.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee record management, or related human resources coordination activities.<br>• Working knowledge of HR administration practices, including documentation handling and process follow-through.<br>• Familiarity with background screening coordination and employment verification steps.<br>• Hands-on experience using HRIS tools to enter, update, and review employee data.<br>• Understanding of HR compliance expectations and the importance of maintaining confidential information.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.<br>• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, employees, and internal teams.
