<p>Administrative Coordinator </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support executive operations in Englewood, Colorado. This is a Contract position suited for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. The role blends executive-level administrative support with project coordination, helping keep schedules, meetings, communications, and office activities running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee a complex executive calendar, balancing meetings and priorities to create an efficient daily schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>• Arrange meetings, prepare logistics, and participate when needed to capture notes and document next steps.</p><p><br></p><p>• Track follow-up items after meetings and help drive timely completion of assigned actions.</p><p><br></p><p>• Draft, review, and distribute clear correspondence and other written communications on behalf of leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>• Reconcile corporate card expenses and assist with routine administrative reporting and documentation.</p><p><br></p><p>• Coordinate travel plans, including itineraries and related scheduling details.</p><p><br></p><p>• Provide broad office support for the Office of the President, contributing wherever administrative needs arise.</p><p><br></p><p>• Welcome visitors and respond to walk-in inquiries with sound judgment.</p><p><br></p><p>• Assist with proofreading formal documents, including institutional materials, to ensure accuracy and clarity.</p>
<p>• 3-4 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally supporting senior leadership.</p><p><br></p><p>• Demonstrated success managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling multiple priorities at once.</p><p><br></p><p>• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, proofreading ability, and attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.</p><p><br></p><p>• Detail-oriented demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with executives, faculty, staff, and visitors.</p><p><br></p><p>• High level of discretion and maturity when working with sensitive or confidential information.</p><p><br></p><p>• Resourceful, self-assured, and comfortable responding to shifting requests in a fast-paced office.</p><p><br></p><p>• Higher education experience is preferred; otherwise, experience supporting VP-level leadership is strongly desired.</p>
