HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on vital HR initiatives, including developing operational frameworks and enhancing organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR policy development, and performance management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with departments to develop and document operational manuals and workflows.<br>• Conduct interviews with various teams to gather insights and create comprehensive policies and procedures.<br>• Lead efforts in technical writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy in organizational documentation.<br>• Support change management initiatives, helping the organization adapt to evolving processes.<br>• Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.<br>• Develop HR policies that align with company goals and legal compliance.<br>• Facilitate performance management programs to enhance employee growth and accountability.<br>• Provide guidance and administrative support in human resources operations.<br>• Assess and improve existing policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.<br>• Expertise in conducting employee relations investigations.<br>• Familiarity with human resources administration and best practices.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead performance management initiatives.<br>• Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills.<br>• Understanding of change management principles and strategies.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
