Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management of front desk operations. This position requires excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.<br>• Manage incoming calls effectively using a multi-line phone system, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.<br>• Provide concierge services by addressing inquiries and offering information about the company and its offerings.<br>• Operate and maintain a switchboard system with 1-10 lines to ensure seamless communication.<br>• Handle inbound calls promptly, addressing concerns and providing accurate information.<br>• Maintain the front desk area by organizing documents and ensuring cleanliness.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to relay messages and manage schedules efficiently.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling and data entry.<br>• Resolve minor issues or escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.<br>• Familiarity with operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and provide accurate information.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in basic computer applications and administrative tasks.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
