Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring efficient management of orders and accounts. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.<br>• Enter, track, expedite, and manage orders and returns to meet customer expectations.<br>• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to facilitate the seamless delivery of international orders.<br>• Prepare shipping documentation and regulatory paperwork required for international shipments.<br>• Process return authorizations for damaged products and address customer credits promptly.<br>• Schedule and track installation requests, startup services, and invoices from service providers.<br>• Support e-commerce programs by processing orders and collaborating with distributors on shipments.<br>• Act as a liaison to provide assistance to Regional Managers and facilitate customer inquiries.<br>• Deliver timely freight quotes and tracking information to customers with urgency.<br>• Communicate proactively with customers regarding purchase order updates, lead times, and issue resolutions.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.<br>• Strong skills in managing customer accounts and processing orders.<br>• Proficiency with Windows PC and related software systems.<br>• Ability to handle TRICARE-related inquiries and processes.<br>• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.<br>• Capability to identify and escalate critical issues effectively.<br>• Familiarity with providing freight quotes and regulatory shipping documentation.<br>• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers and carriers.
