Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless communication with customers by handling high volumes of inbound calls efficiently and professionally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while supporting various reservation and inquiry needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily, ensuring prompt and courteous customer interactions.<br>• Assist customers with reservations, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries effectively.<br>• Handle calls related to to-go orders, directions, and lost-and-found issues with professionalism.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Teams to communicate and coordinate with restaurant staff when needed.<br>• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, offering solutions in a timely manner.<br>• Strive to meet performance metrics and service standards consistently.<br>• Collaborate with team members to enhance call center processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.<br>• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.<br>• Familiarity with tools like Avaya CMS and ADP Financial Services is a plus.<br>• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple programs efficiently.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage high call volumes and remain composed under pressure.<br>• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.<br>• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
