Project Assistant
We are looking for a bilingual Project Assistant to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established timelines.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.<br>• Utilize Salesforce to manage project data, track progress, and maintain accurate records.<br>• Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are properly scanned, stored, and easily accessible.<br>• Assist with scheduling and logistics, including ordering materials and coordinating equipment readiness.<br>• Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about project status.<br>• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Oversee shipping functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies to project sites.<br>• Monitor and update project timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in Salesforce for data management and tracking project progress.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br>• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.<br>• Basic understanding of construction processes or related industries is a plus.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing project needs.
